All transactions are final. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of certification and legal action to recover costs, including fees incurred to defend such claims.
Monthly record hosting services ($4.99 per month, if applicable) renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund for prior payments.
By completing payment, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted this policy. Payment submission serves as electronic signature and binding agreement.
The Platform is an independent private verification service. It is not affiliated with any government agency or authority. Certifications represent verification of information submitted and do not constitute governmental approval or legal endorsement. All information is provided “as is,” without any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Users assume all risk associated with reliance on any content or certification.
